03.25.20 | Sales, Service, and Parts Department Updates

To all our customers, community members and employees: in accordance with Governor Whitmer's executive order on 03/23/20, we must close our sales showroom through April 13th. We will assist our sales customers online and are available by both text and chat if questions arise. Also, in accordance with the executive order, our service department will remain open to assist all customers in need of vehicle maintenance.

SALES DEPARTMENT

  • Under the Governor's Executive order, we ARE NOT allowed to sell vehicles, but we are able to communicate with our valued customers and work with you on transactions that can close as soon as the executive order expires and we are able to resume normal sales operations.
  • Our Physical Showroom will be closed Tuesday, March 24th through Monday, April 13th, re-opening Tuesday, April 14th. Our Sales Team is WORKING REMOTELY and can answer any questions you may have.
  • Our Virtual Showrooms ARE OPEN 24/7.You can complete the selection of your vehicle within our website.
    • We offer an Online Chat service to assist in your selection.
    • You can Build and Customize your future purchase within our websites.

SERVICE & PARTS DEPARTMENT

  • We have revised our hours. Revised hours can be found on the dealerships website.
  • You can schedule your appointment online.
  • During this time, we would like to highlight the following services available.
    • Pick-Up & Delivery for Service Work.
    • Early Bird / Late Night Drop-Off of Your Vehicle.
    • Online Bill Pay. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

03.13.20 | A Note from our CEO & Chairman, Dan DeVos in Response to COVID-19

To all of our customers, community members and employees,

We consider you as an important part of the Fox family. The safety and wellbeing of our community, customers and employees is a top priority. We have all heard of many recommendations from the Center of Disease Control and the World Health Organization.

With that being said, the purpose of this email is to update you on precautions and the adoption of our actions against Coronavirus (COVID-19).

  1. We have increased the level of disinfecting actions within our properties.

  2. Our cleaning company has increased the focus on door handles, entry doors and any other touch surface.

  3. You will notice hand sanitizer in many of our common areas.

  4. We are asking both employees and customers who may be ill to consider mending at home until their health condition subsides.

  5. We are internally reviewing all business travel and minimizing any and all outside meetings.

  6. With all due respect to everyone, we are discouraging 'handshakes' to respect the safety and hygiene of all.
