ANN ARBOR, MI, August 18, 2022 – Fox Motors opened a brand new, state-of-the-art 18,800 square foot Hyundai dealership in Ann Arbor this week. The all-new Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai, located at 4001 Jackson Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48103, follows Hyundai’s newest facility level requirements for the Global Design Space Identity (GDSI) program.
The new Hyundai facility includes the following:
- Two (2) Level 3 EV Chargers (also known as DC Fast Chargers)
- 12 service bays
- One (1) express service lane
- One (1) alignment rack
- New & Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai Showroom
“We are excited to open Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai’s new facility as it has been a long time coming for the community, customers and employees,” said Diane R. Maher, Fox Motors President & COO. “We purchased the Hyundai dealership in August of 2017 and immediately started to work on a campus expansion that would allow the construction of a new Hyundai dealership. The new facility is designed to enhance the experience driven by Hyundai and provide the latest in technology and convenience for our Hyundai owners.”
Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai’s prior location, 3975 Jackson Rd. (located on the same campus as Fox Ann Arbor Nissan and Ann Arbor INFINITI), will be demolished. The Fox Motors team is currently reviewing opportunities to enhance the overall campus for future development.
Fox Ann Arbor Hyundai’s day to day operations will be overseen by General Manager, Joe Pais. This dealership is a part of the Fox Motors BIG 10 Division overseen by Division Director, Jason Olesnavage, which also includes the following locations:

During construction the team followed LEED standards for materials and energy efficiency. The new Hyundai facility was designed by Studio Detroit and constructed by Bloom Construction, both based in Southeast Michigan.
