GRAND RAPIDS, MI, July 25, 2022 – Fox Motors opened a new Subaru flagship dealership in Grand Rapids, MI today. Located at 6115 28th Street, the new state-of-the-art 50,000 square foot Subaru facility is the newest design by Subaru and the largest in the United States. The trailblazing facility doubles the investment made by Fox in 2015 and includes the following:
- 22 service bays
- Six (6) express service lanes
- Two (2) electric Subaru vehicles service lanes
- Two (2) tire change hoists
- One (1) alignment rack
- Over 400 Vehicle Spaces for New & Certified Pre-Owned Inventory

Maher. “The new facility incorporates state-of-the-art technology while holding true to Subaru’s tradition of loving nature and our four-legged friends.”
During construction the team followed LEED standards for materials and energy efficiency. The interior will incorporate a working fireplace for Michigan winters and a living wall. The team will open a dog park later in the season that includes a water fountain, benches, and agility park for customers and employees to bring their pets.

Fox Subaru has been the #1 volume dealership in Michigan for 14-years in a row. This is the third facility investment Fox Motors has made in Grand Rapids, MI for the Subaru brand and community. Fox Subaru’s prior location, 6025 28th Street (located on the same campus), will be a Fox Pre-Owned facility to support the growing business.

The new Subaru facility was designed by Ghafari and constructed by Triangle Associates, Inc. both home to Michigan.
