GRAND RAPIDS, MI, August 12, 2025 – Fox Motors announced today the acquisition of Tinney Chevrolet GMC, further expanding its General Motors portfolio and strengthening its presence in West Michigan. This addition increases Fox Motors to 47 locations, representing 63 brands and employing 2,200 team members, while deepening the company’s commitment to connecting with more guests and communities across the state.
The acquisition also increases Fox Motors’ General Motors dealership count to seven, joining Fox Chevrolet in Caledonia and Fox GMC in Comstock Park, as well as additional stores across the state. Tinney Chevrolet GMC (11249 W Carson City Rd, Greenville, MI 48838) will continue serving the community under the name Fox Greenville Chevrolet GMC.
