GRAND RAPIDS, ANN ARBOR, DETROIT, TRAVERSE CITY, & UPPER PENINSULA, MI – February 17, 2026 – Fox Motors announced a strategic leadership realignment and a series of executive promotions within its automotive division, which includes 41 locations serving communities across the state of Michigan. The realignment is designed to strengthen operational alignment, sharpen regional leadership, and accelerate continued growth.

Jason Olesnavage Promoted to Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer  
 
In his expanded role as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Jason Olesnavage will oversee the day-to-day operations of Fox Motors across Michigan, leading all Regional Vice Presidents and Directors. His focus includes strategic execution, OEM partnerships, operational alignment, and scalable growth across the group. Jason will be based in Grand Rapids, working closely with the DP Fox team and Fox Motors regional leaders to support performance across the group. 
 
Jason joined Fox Motors in 2018 after building leadership experience across multi-state retail automotive operations and technology-enabled dealership platforms. He has held executive roles in dealership management and dealer operations strategy, providing a broad perspective on performance, scale, and operational expertise.  
 
Jason attended the University of Michigan, where he played collegiate football as a place-kicker for the Wolverines. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s degree in sports management. He later earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is a graduate of the NADA Academy. 
 
Jerry Moore Promoted to Vice President – Grand Rapids & Ann Arbor Region 
 
In his expanded role as Vice President – Grand Rapids & Ann Arbor Region, Jerry Moore will oversee 21 locations, with a focus on performance optimization, collaboration, and OEM alignment across shared brands. 
 
Jerry joined Fox Motors in 2003 and has been instrumental in leading dealership growth in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ann Arbor is not new territory for Jerry; he helped guide the team through its transition to Fox Motors in 2017. He looks forward to building on that foundation and strengthening alignment across the region. 
 
Bringing more than two decades of automotive leadership experience, Jerry began his career in sales in 1994 and advanced to Vice President through progressive leadership roles. He currently serves as President of the Grand Rapids New Car Dealers Association and is a board member of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association. 
 
Nick Dieleman Promoted to Vice President – Northern Michigan & Detroit Metro Region  
 
In his expanded role as Vice President – Northern Michigan & Detroit Metro Region, Nick Dieleman will oversee 15 locations across two key markets, including Detroit Metro. His leadership will focus on innovation, performance, and collaboration to strengthen customer experiences.  
 
Nick joined Fox Motors in 2002 and has led multiple Fox Motors dealerships throughout his career, including locations in Grand Rapids, Cadillac, Traverse City, and Marquette. His broad leadership experience across diverse Michigan markets supports a disciplined, adaptable approach to performance management and regional growth. As he expands his scope in Southeast Michigan, Nick looks forward to continuing the strong focus on overall customer experiences that the Detroit Metro team is known for delivering. 
 
Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business management from Hope College. 
 
Jack Turske Promoted to Vice President – Fixed Operations 
 
In his expanded role as Vice President – Fixed Operations, Jack Turske will lead service and parts strategy across Fox Motors, partnering with regional leadership to drive profitability, operational consistency, and long-term performance. Jack will oversee Fixed Operations strategy and lead a team, deploying resources across Michigan to support growth and execution. 
 
Jack joined Fox Motors in 2005 and has worked in the automotive industry since 1992. Throughout his tenure, he has led organization-wide initiatives that strengthened service operations, elevated customer experience, improved performance standards, and enhanced collaboration between fixed and variable operations. His experience and steady leadership continue to support the long-term health and performance of Fox Motors’ dealership group. 
 
Luke Hubbard Appointed Director of Operations – Upper Peninsula 
 
In his new role as Director of Operations – Upper Peninsula, Luke Hubbard will oversee five (5) locations, providing dedicated leadership and operational consistency across Fox Motors’ Marquette and Negaunee dealerships. His focus will center on performance, team development, and continued growth across the Upper Peninsula market. 
 
Luke joined Fox Motors in 2006 after beginning his automotive career while attending Northern Michigan University. Over the past two decades, he has advanced through progressive leadership roles, earning the trust of teams across multiple brands and locations. A lifelong Upper Peninsula resident, Luke brings deep regional knowledge, strong community ties, and extensive operational leadership experience to the role. 
 
He is AFIP certified and holds multiple OEM certifications, reflecting his commitment to professional development and operational excellence in the industry.
